As long as there's people willing to buy, they'll get sales. It might be a threat to their pockets if the guys they talk about actually are frauds. But then it's not like anything of value is lost anyway. And it's not like people care about particular gurus in the first place, since it's so easy to pirate all of their products.
puahate comes from the standpoint of people who got into the heavy validation seeking and robotic elements of some guys "systems" and ended up ruining themselves, so they make hilarious posts on message boards to vent. It's a very sobering look at the other side of this hobby. People who ended up the exact opposite of the success model that's pictured all the time. When they hate on those gurus and make jokes, it shows you a totally new perspective, and helps you to form your own thoughts and your own opinions. It's a jarring look at what's commonly taught. What's there to worry about, honestly?
It would actually benefit everyone to look at their forum. Not what's often said, I mean the actual meaning behind the words. It's kinda like reading bible scripture, you don't take it literally, you look at what they're really saying. So when they talk about how stupid guys are who go to seminars, or sit on message boards giving advice when they've never dated in their lives, they're actually talking about how it doesn't benefit them and they're doing something over and over again and expecting different results, but still getting failure. The cult like aspects of blindly believing in someone's words and then trying and trying again but getting nothing, and then buying more of their products.
It's the same thing that happens in other markets. Make money from home, for instance. People tend to idolize one particular guru, or organization, and champion their cause like some kinda zealot. They have to believe in something, or these guys, or else it's like they're denying a part of themselves. That's what they're really talking about and wanting to free people from. They don't want guys to fall into that same trap they did, of ending up totally boned and suffering for nothing. So really, I believe a group like theirs needs to exist. It's the perfect parallel to everything else that's being perpetuated. You just have to look past that bitterness.[/b]
